Job Description:

1. Customer Phone Contact
#1 Priority is to answer the phone with the ability to answer
questions regarding pricing & product. Must know not only
pricing but how to sell to customers regarding their needs.
2. Trouble Shooting Orders
Calling customers regarding questions on their purchase orders
such as ship dates and inventory issues
3. Customer Rapport
Quality assurance and order status
4. Customer Complaint Resolutions
Handling customer complaints and working with appropriate personnel
to get resolution
5. Assist order entry and any other departments as needed
6. Any other duties deemed necessary

TYPICAL DECISION MADE OR REFERRED

1. Product Information - helping customers decide which products fit their needs
2. Shipping Preference
3. Special Orders - work with appropriate department to ensure accuracy of
special orders

TYPICAL PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

1) Lack of Inventory
2) Quick Turn Times On Orders
3) Customer Complaints of Completed jobs
