Job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent at SYKES, you can literally start with the basics, answering calls in a call center environment and other inquiries such as online chat or emails, building solutions to a variety of customer support questions, concerns, or issues, and end up building a long-term customer service oriented career with SYKES.
