Associates degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Word. SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand basic concepts of construction equipment use, types and applications of different machines, and attachments used on those machines.

Job Description:

• Serves as a liaison between Utility Distributors and Utility Marketing Division on all matters relating to orders for machines and attachments, scheduling, availability, delivery and shipment of same.
• Coordinates the acquisition of machines and attachments from outside vendors to meet distributor demand
• Responsible for finished goods inventory and stockyard operations for machines and attachments.
• Receives, processes and coordinates all distributor machine and attachment order resulting in a distributor sales order in the SAP system.
• Monitors the flow of machines and attachments into and out of the stockyard using the Unshipped Order Report. Uses the report to find problems related to individual orders and take corrective actions to resolve problems.
• Provides accurate information to distributors regarding status of orders, availability, specifications, and requested changes to specifications in support of their sales activity by printing Order Acknowledgment forms to Dealer’s SAP printers or faxing OAs to distributors not in the SAP system.
• Communicates with Distributors and Sales Managers to effectively resolve outstanding distributor issues by maintaining a log of calls and actions taken to resolve issues.
• Maintains complete files on each order including the distributor’s order, acknowledgement, invoice and all related correspondence.
• Maintains files of Utility Price and Policy Letters (PPL) and Distributor Focus Programs, which will result in correct prices and terms applied to each machine and attachment invoice.
• Creates purchase orders with accurate specifications, destinations and delivery time.
• Assists in the preparation and maintenance of reports for order receipt, sales and backlog by model and distributor which will result in an accurate portrail of the Utility Division’s overall business level.
