High School Diploma or GED, 12 months of customer service related experience or an Associate?s Degree or higher; passion for helping people; a desire to start your career with a company that's building the future of technology, excellent over the phone customer service capability; ability to multitask using several online resources and computer systems; must be able to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays; ongoing desire to learn and excel; positive attitude and highly motivated;
