Wages/Salary: subject to experience $10-$30 per hr or salary
Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned equipment.
Perform work independently as well as possible travel to on-site locations for jobs. Participate in appropriate training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
Maintain current knowledge of Agricultural tractors and related products.
2+ years experience in field work required.
Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of Agricultural Equipment.
Should own your own tools.
Willingness to travel and hold a valid passport.
Ability to perform basic computer functions.
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
Some level of Service Technician certification preferred.
High School Diploma required.
Valid driver's license is required; Commercial Driver License (CDL) preferred.
The position is based in our main workshop in Anderson. The position is lead mechanic working on everything from trucks, tractors, chippers and specialized turf equipment. Some welding and fabrication and other duties.
Must be willing to work as a team and be able to be flexible.
