A minimum of 3 years of related CATV experience required. Completion of the NCTI system Tech, various management course and previous supervisory experience preferred. Candidate must posses a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Lead and supervise the routing and performance of quality of installers, customer services tech, and system tech. Oversight of Northlands Optional Training and Certification (NOTC) and safety programs. Perform all system and head end testing as required by the FCC and Northlands Quality Assurance Program. Operate all test equipment related to cable TV. Install and align satellite dish. Maintain tech portion of FCC public inspection files.
