The position requires the following:
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, forward thinking
- Basic administrative and time management skills to meet our organization and communication standards
- Working knowledge of hunting and shooting industry including personal experience with firearms and ability to communicate this knowledge in an articulate and consistent manner
- Ability to maintain existing sales levels, building new brands and increasing overall sales
- Experience in record keeping associated with both the sale of firearms and the shipping and receiving of firearms
- Knowledge of the laws regulating both Class I and Class III weapons
