Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Monitors and processes company and state program student sponsorships.
?Enters and processes accounts receivable invoices, company receivables, and TBDD (Training & Business Development) invoices.
?Monitors company receivables for past due invoices and assists with the collection of past due invoices.
?Performs management support activities to include accounts receivable data entry, research, and charge transfers.
?Verifies and processes miscellaneous charges in Datatel (MCRG's).
?Assists in printing and preparing checks for distribution.
?Reviews and files accounts receivable invoices and back up other accounts receivable/finance functions.
?Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to: general administrative support for the Accounts Receivable/Finance Department, assisting in the preparation and mailing of 1098T's, cross training and assisting cashiers during peak periods and participate in College and community committees.

Minumum Requirements:
An Associate degree with accounting related courses; or a high school diploma and two (2) years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required. Individual will be required to work some evenings to maintain coverage during peak times for student sponsorships. Some statewide and local area travel, with some overnight stays will also be required.

Job Description:

The accounts receivable clerk will prepare and process accounts receivable documents for the college. The incumbent will perform varied clerical, accounting and bookkeeping duties which may include posting, updating, reconciling, routine auditing and preparing summary financial and statistical reports.
