O'Dell Landscaping LLC is seeking a trust worthy, honest, and hard working person to help maintain gardens in Charleston,SC and the surrounding areas. We are a great company and have very little turn over because we treat our employees so well.
We want someone who is kind, has a good work ethic, is an effective communicator, works well in a team, can take direction, and has an interest in plants and gardening.
Experience a plus but we will train. We work in fine gardens and excellence is a necessity. Work includes mowing, edging, trimming, planting, insect control, mulching, and garden installations.
Pay is based on experience and knowledge of plants and gardening. Starting pay with no experience is $11/hour and those with experience the range is $11-$16/hour. After a year, 3 days paid vacation. Raises are given quickly. Must have references and must have a good driving record. We will do a back ground check. 40 or more hours per week. Or part time. Internships too.
