Requirements:
  • 1 year Customer Service Experience.
  • POS experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Gives attention to detail and follows instruction.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office and general computer use.
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, trust and open communication.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Description:
  • Welcome and greet guests and visitors making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Assists guests in Gift Shop.
  • Assists guests with questions.
  • Ring customers using a Point of Sale system for Gift shop and Restaurant.
  • Develop product displays.
  • Display product on sales floor.
  • Assist with quarterly inventory.
  • Provide customers with product knowledge.
  • Suggestive sell to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Ensures an appropriate resolution to customer concerns.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule:
First and Second shifts, average hours per week. Some nights, weekend and holidays maybe required.
