Requirements:
- 1 year Customer Service Experience.
- POS experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Gives attention to detail and follows instruction.
- Familiar with Microsoft office and general computer use.
- Organizational skills
- Ability to develop rapport, trust and open communication.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Description:
- Welcome and greet guests and visitors making them feel comfortable and valued.
- Assists guests in Gift Shop.
- Assists guests with questions.
- Ring customers using a Point of Sale system for Gift shop and Restaurant.
- Develop product displays.
- Display product on sales floor.
- Assist with quarterly inventory.
- Provide customers with product knowledge.
- Suggestive sell to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ensures an appropriate resolution to customer concerns.
- Take on other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule:
First and Second shifts, average hours per week. Some nights, weekend and holidays maybe required.
