Requirements:
- 1 year Customer Service Experience.
- Knowledge of Golf Course rules & regulations
- Knowledge of T Links software a plus but not required.
- POS experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Gives attention to detail and follows instruction.
- Familiar with Microsoft office and general computer use.
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Description:
- Welcomes and greets guests and visitors and delivers excellent customer service.
- Assists guests with retail sales.
- Assists guests with Tee times.
- Assists guests with food & drink orders.
- Operates Point of Sale/Tee time computer systems and cash register.
- Maintains appearance of Pro Shop, as well as, pace of play and informs golfers of rules & regulations.
- Ensures an appropriate resolution to customer concerns.
- Take on other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule:
First and Second shifts, average hours per week. Some nights, weekend and holidays maybe required.
