Requirements:

A Bachelor?s Degree; or Associate Degree and two years related HR experience; or a high school diploma and four years related HR experience. Incumbent should possess a good knowledge of office methods and procedures, advance computer experience, proficient in word processing, excel and web. Ability to function under pressure and exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and present ideas clearly in oral and written form.

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the HR Director, performs a variety of complex administrative duties in support of the HR/payroll office to include serving as resource person for faculty, staff and potential employees. Duties to include, but not limited to: (1) maintaining online application system; (2) serves as receptionist for the HR Office; (3) performs duties to process employee transactions; (4) serves as Benefits Coordinator; (5) maintains/creates HR forms, monthly Employee Newsletter, maintains the Employee Orientation PowerPoint, HR webpages, and organizational charts, utilize databases.
