Job Description:

Work to evaluate and confirm existing and new incentive standards. Support Foundry Engineering in new job start-up program from the time the order is received from the customer through release of the job to production. Ensure all safety, quality, and productivity processes and procedures are followed within areas of responsibility. Work on projects to increase safety, quality, and productivity processes throughout the facility. Exhibit superior safety practices every day evidenced by outstanding housekeeping at all times. Extend treatment to all other employees of the Company as individuals with the courtesy and dignity shown to customers. Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail. Exercise maximum care to protect the environment by fostering and supporting responsible operating procedures. Perform time and motion studies to evaluate and determine appropriate incentive standards. Track, record and report progress for new job start up. Conduct Bi-Weekly brief meetings to discuss progress on new jobs and engineering changes. Support foundry engineering to enhance the ability to manufacture a product and to minimize its cost. Support Industrial Engineering and other departments with Auto CAD design and file maintenance.
