Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and three (3) years of experience in automated information or communication system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. A valid motor vehicle operator's license.

Job Description:

Administers the Statewide Learning Management System, including the updating of employee data for all FTE's, developing and disseminating reports as requested, and performing system upgrades. Procures, installs and configures a new LMS as deemed necessary. Maintains LMS administration log. Works with managers and subject matter experts statewide to design and develop web based training content through the A.D.D.I.E. process. Utilizes new software to develop and narrate on-line courses for accuracy. Serves as End User Support for LMS users statewide by trouble shooting connection, login and course credit issues. Establishes and maintains LMS and E-learning access to new employees on initial date of hire. Provides technical consulting and training to administrators/users of the LMS and web based course development technologies. Serves as technical support to the HR office including, but not limited to, updating on-line HR forms and documents and updating the HR and Employee Training and Development websites as necessary. Conducts classroom based training as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)
