Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and four (4) years of experience in
automated information or communication system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or
marketing; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources
Regulations.
A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required.

Job Description:

Works with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) state wide to design and develop web based
training content. Utilizes appropriate software to develop and narrate online courses. Maintains
course development log. Administers the Statewide Learning Management System, including
the updating of employee data of all FTE's, developing and disseminating reports as requested,
performing system upgrades. Maintains LMS administration log. Serves as End User Support for
LMS users statewide by trouble shooting connection issues, login issues and course credit
issues. Establishes and maintains LMS and E-Learning access to new employees on initial date
of hire. Supervises staff to include preparing performance planning and evaluation documents
and related personnel paperwork. Coach, counsel, and train employees. Establish and monitor
work processes. Implement management policies and initiatives and promote teamwork within
the organization. Meet with staff to disseminate and gather information. Conduct job interviews.
Make recommendations about employment,classification and compensation. Promote equal
employment opportunity. Serves as technical support to the HR office including, but not limited
to, updating online HR forms and documents and updating the HR website as necessary.
Provides technical consulting and training to learning managers/users of the LMS. Performs
others related duties as required.
