Job Description:

The position will be expected to serve as the Bank’s lead IT specialist which would include maintaining the Bank’s IT systems, routine trouble shooting and certain project management. Individual will assist Bank Management in obtaining its goals and strategies.

 Job Duties:

  • Trouble shoot hardware and software issues
  • Manage case and ticket activity for multiple vendors
  • Lead IT audit exams
  • Monitor and review network and software reports
  • Trouble shoot customer Online Banking issues
  • Update banking applications
  • Create and unlock users as needed
  • Identify and understand basic functionality of network hardware
  • Correct network and software discrepancies
  • Lead monthly IT Steering Committee meetings
  • Manage yearly vulnerability and penetration testing
  • Manage yearly disaster recovery testing
  • Maintain current and relevant Web Site, and social media outlets
  • Provide IT related project management
  • Other duties as assigned
