Job Description:

Ideal candidate will have the attitude and aptitude to develop as the Bank’s lead in IT functions which would include maintaining the Bank’s IT systems, routine trouble shooting, and certain project management. The position reports to the Bank’s IT Officer.  The candidate will be expected to work with existing IT vendors and platforms already in place to continue the duties and functions below.

 

Job Duties/Functions:

  • Software updating
  • Administrator of bank various software
  • Review Network Reporting
  • Assist in IT Audits / Exams
  • Member of IT Steering Committee
  • Resolve Online Banking Issues
  • Assist with IT related projects
  • Manage case/ticket with the bank’s vendors
  • Workstation setup
  • Assess hardware & software discrepancies
  • Issue IT related online training to employees
  • Manage VOIP Phone system
  • Active Directory Maintenance
    • Group Policy
    • Add/delete users
