The position requires a Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft server and network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; Active Directory Management; Server Operating System support?Windows 2003/2008); MS SQL Server Support; Client Desktop Support?Windows XP/Win 7; and Firewall/VPN Configuration with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Must have strong computer skills to include spreadsheet, word processing, and internet software programs with the ability to teach others how to use software efficiently. Skills in graphic design programs a plus. Requires excellent writing and public speaking skills with promotional ability and demonstrated creative talent.
