Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Three years’ experience working as a Helpdesk Technician.  Experience with troubleshooting desktops, portable devices, web-based applications, and locally installed applications.  Experience in the support of end user experiences in an enterprise environment.

Job Description:

Responsible for on-site answering calls to the main Helpdesk phone number; simple troubleshooting over the phone to obtain more information, and accurately enters work orders, and assist walk-in customers.  Maintains and tracks college owned equipment, checks-out/in equipment, and inventories software media and licensing.

Schedule:
7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday (1- hour lunch)
7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Friday
