Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science (information technology), mathematics, statistics, management information science or a related field and experience in telecommunications, data processing and/or information technology. Relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and five years of management experience in an enterprise information technology infrastructure environment.

Job Description:

Manages infrastructure systems including virtual server environment and storage (VXRail/Isilon).  Responsible for capacity planning and security implementations.  Manages and supports agency applications including SQL databases and web development projects.

Performs the independent analysis, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise server and operating system technologies.  Manages the system integration of data systems into reporting and analytics for agency staff and executive management.

Maintains system documentation and reporting for enterprise infrastructure.

Acts as Tier 3 user support for troubleshooting infrastructure related issues.

Performs other related duties as required.
