Associate or Bachelor's degree with fundamental knowledge about the coordination of maintenance activities preferred; knowledge in the fields of hydraulics, electrical and plumbing; experience in the organization of personnel; knowledge in maintenance concepts for production facilities; 3+ years experience in equipment maintenance, preferable for machining centers and automation; metric drawing reading skills required; toolmaker apprenticeship preferred; SAP; knowledge of Excel.
Directs and oversees the Alupress LLC maintenance processes for the equipment and the building in respective shift. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintenance. Plans and designs methods to improve efficiency in maintenance. Coordinates any maintenance issues with external resources. Guarantees on-time ordering and delivery of maintenance supply. Implements 5S program in production departments. Other duties as assigned.
