Requirements:

The minimum requirements for this job are the ability to be bonded, pass a SLED/FBI criminal background check, pass a pre-employment drug test and physical, have a valid SC driver's license with a good driving record and have good knowledge of general apartment/residential unit maintenance including proven and verifiable skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. A current refrigerant recovery certification is highly desirable.

Job Description:

Maintenance of apartments, administration offices, community enrichment center, and maintenance buildings.

Schedule:
7:45 A.M. to 4:45 P.M. Monday - Friday with on-call rotation for emergency repairs every 4th weekend.
