Basic Qualifications:
· Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance and/or Electric, or a minimum of 2 years equivalent experience in industrial maintenance
· Working knowledge of CCMS workorder platforms
· Utilizes email systems, documents for effective communication with Supervision

· Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge and application of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of colleagues, the site, and the environment.
Job Purpose:
As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure a high level of uptime is achieved on a wide range of equipment throughout the facility. This role will be responsible for building operational / building support equipment as well as production process equipment.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to guidelines for safety, preventive, productive maintenance systems and processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can complete maintenance requirements on equipment that has systems that are comprised of multiple fundamental systems. For example, these systems may include pneumatic, hydraulic, plc, mechanical, electrical (24V-480V), HMI interfaces, etc.
What you will do (including but not limited to):
· Understand and apply safe practices such as LOTO, confined spaces, ARC flash and electrical safety, etc
· Carry out preventive maintenance intervention to successfully improve equipment operational uptime and availability.
· Analyzing and implementing improvements on facilities and equipment with observations made during preventive maintenance.
· Participating in regularly scheduled maintenance stops.
· Carry out corrective maintenance.
· Troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and implementing effective countermeasures through more effective PM implementation.
· Recording and documenting incidents encountered in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
· Help maintenance agents and exterior companies as necessary, carrying out an intervention on-site, in agreement with supervisor.
· Be able to find technical information and contact external suppliers directly.
· Participate in smooth functioning of the spare parts storeroom.
