SUMMARY
The Major Accounts Coordinator is responsible for support of all assigned Enterprise-level accounts including new revenue efforts, customer service, implementation, and overall relationship development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales efforts to include new recurring and non-recurring revenue in assigned major account customer base and in conjunction with assigned goals and objectives.
- Cultivate effective relationships through on-going customer support while providing superior customer service.
- Coordinate processes and communication with internal support groups to ensure fulfillment of customer needs.
- Understanding industry / market trends and maintain community involvement.
- Other special projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
