Job Description:

We want a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal person will play a crucial role in our company/team performance and will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software and help our team.

Administrative support:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails. • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.

Data management:

• Maintain and update company databases and records. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data. • Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.

Financial Administrator:

• Bookkeeping A/R, A/P and Payroll. • Process payments and maintain financial records.

HR Support:

• Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication. • Maintain employee records and lead employee onboarding/offboarding process.
