Requirements:

High School diploma or GED; prefer Associate Degree in Business or related field with 3 years of office practice experience or 5 years of office practice experience. Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills (written and verbal); customer service skills; thorough knowledge of Word and Excel; organizational and planning skills, and the ability to work under stress and in a team environment. Successful candidate must satisfactorily complete an assessment program to include clerical skills test (45 CWPM, math, spelling, filing, Word and Excel documents), background check and interview.
