Job Description:

We are looking for an office manager assistant, this person would play an important role in the Synergy family. The important roles include organizing, managing, and keeping the office running. Some day-to­ day tasks include filing, scheduling appointments, taking care of clients, and assisting the office manager. This position requires the knowledge of computers, how to create spreadsheets, create reports, and how to manage databases. As an office professional of Synergy, you would be the backbone of the business, and would be in charge of running the office smoothly and efficiently. You would be would Monday­ Thursday, and the hours varies.
