Wages/Salary: ​​​​​​​Starting salary is $15 – $18 depending on experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to analyze information, accurate data entry skills and outstanding verbal communications.  Position requires the ability to maintain client confidentiality.  Experience with processing payroll and payroll tax returns and working knowledge of QuickBooks is desired.  A minimum of an Associates degree is preferred, qualified work experience can replace degree.

Job Description:

The Paraprofessional position at ELAC will process payroll and payroll tax returns, perform bookkeeping and general office assistance.  This is a full time position, hours range 30-40 per week, in Chapin, SC.  Full time employees receive five paid holidays, two weeks Paid Time Off, $50,000 paid life insurance and option to participate in cafeteria plan and retirement plan.
