Requirements:
Minimum and Additional Requirements

High school diploma plus one year of experience in support & troubleshooting of computer equipment, office automation systems, and installation of hardware and software.

Preferred Qualifications

Two years' experience with end user technical support, Windows 10 in an enterprise environment, familiarity with general networking concepts. Must be able to give multiple examples of multi-tasking skills, prioritization skills, and maintaining a tight schedule. Must be organized and provide customer service with excellence.

Job Description:

The employee will work with imaging solutions, software installations, malware eradication, lab deployment, hardware repairs, and other technical opportunities to learn.  The employee must have organizational skills, ability to work with others; must be able to multi-task while managing a constant flow of computer preparation assignments under supervised and unsupervised situations and have the ability to make thorough notes. Must be able to quickly assist faculty and staff at various locations on the main campus; must have reliable transportation and have the ability to lift 20 pounds above head level frequently.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
