The Part-Time Teller must have the following expertise and/or experience: High school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service and/or money handling experience, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, computer skills to include Microsoft Windows, ability to listen to customer needs/complaints and quickly decide how to remedy problems or refer to management for assistance.

Job Description:

The Teller is responsible for the following job duties: Ensuring warm, caring and friendly service is provided to all customers. Understand products and services offered through First Citizens and proactively identify opportunities to refer customers to their colleagues as well as match and propose basic products and services.
Act in a pivotal role within the banking center, ultimately ensuring an optimal customer experience.
Deliver superior customer service, operational integrity, and adherence to bank policy as well as all Federal and State regulations. Routinely demonstrate and apply the standards of "We?re on it" that support the bank?s core values of service, accountability and common sense in day-to-day performance.

Schedule:
Monday, 8:30AM-2PM, Tuesday, 11AM-2PM, Thursday, 11AM-5PM
and Friday, 8:30AM-6PM (20 hours a week)
