Requirements:

A Bachelor?s Degree and two years relevant program experience; Master?s Degree preferred. Supervisory experience required. Experience working in a post secondary institution with grant programs is desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Job Description:

This position is established under a federally funded four-year grant. The PILAU Program Manager will provide overall direction and leadership for the day-to-day and long-term activities of the Project PILAU. Duties include but are not limited to: managing and directing the Federal Grant Program (Project PILAU); hosting conferences, meetings, and retreats with program staff and planning staff development workshops for staff; developing, approving, and monitoring all program budgets and expenditures; directing and overseeing the selection process of program participants; monitoring and evaluating program goals and objectives; developing and preparing required reports.
