Minimum Education RequirementAssociates Degree in Business or other related course of study preferred. Two years of experience can be substituted for educational requirement.
Minimum Experience RequirementAssociates degree of a minimum of 2 years experience in front office management required. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software, with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm. Ability to compose correspondence and proof assignments to ensure accuracy of documents. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required. Detail attentiveness required. Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct. Previous experience in a health care environment preferred. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy. Able to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints.

Physical Requirement/Working ConditionsMajority of the time is spent sitting, using office equipment, such as a telephone, or typing. Some periods of standing to operate photocopy machine, or walking to deliver memos, etc. Light bending and stooping required. Hand eye coordination for operation of computer equipment. External applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disabled, must be able to perform the essential functions, either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined on a case by case basis.
