Wages/Salary: First 480 hours MINIMUM will be through a temp service. Starting wage will depend on experience and qualifications. Wage increases after successful completion of temp service will depend on performance.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret part drawing dimensions and tolerances. Experience performing dimenional inspections with height gages, calipers, micrometers, "go/no-go" gages, thread gages and coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Prefer someone with gage calibration experience and working knowledge of quality system terminology, MS Excel and MS Word. Accuracy and dependability are a MUST.

Job Description:

First piece and hourly dimensional and visual inspection of machined aluminum components. Maintain quality files and inspection records. Communicate with production supervision, management and customers regarding quality issues.

Schedule:
Scheduled hours are M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. May be required to start early or stay late to check first piece after a machine setup is done. Some daily overtime and weekends may be required, depending on work load/scheduling.
