Requirements:

Job Description:

• Greet and assist visitors and customers upon arrival at the facility in a professional and courteous manner. Receive and process incoming calls. Assist with accounts payable invoice processing. Monitor the flow of traffic in and out the back gate.
• Determine the nature of visitors and customers’ visit and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Providing information to callers and visitors. Transfer calls to all staff.
• Responsible for recording and processing invoices by assigning appropriate account information, matching to correct purchase order, entering them in the invoice database, and distributing for approval signatures.
• Record and maintain purchase requisitions by entering them into the PO database and filing for retrieval when the invoice is received.
• Receive mail, packages, and distribution for facility and distribute appropriately. Record and monitor the shipment of FedEx packages.
• Monitor the flow of traffic through the back gate via video surveillance or receiving a call requesting the gate be opened.
• Maintain and update MSDS book by recording all incoming material safety data sheets and filing in the appropriate binder.
• Maintain daily visitor sign-in log and record tours.
