Job Description:
- Greeting customers
- Answering calls by second ring, emails, and other correspondence
- Taking payment and managing payment accounts
- Contacting customer regarding billing and policy information
- Responding to customer requests
- Assisting customers with claims
- Completing other general office tasks
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm
Saturday 9:00 am- 12:00 pm ( on rotation)
Saturday 9:00 am- 12:00 pm ( on rotation)
