Job Description:

 

  • Greeting customers
  • Answering calls by second ring, emails, and other correspondence
  • Taking payment and managing payment accounts
  • Contacting customer regarding billing and policy information
  • Responding to customer requests
  • Assisting customers with claims
  • Completing other general office tasks

 

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm
Saturday 9:00 am- 12:00 pm ( on rotation)
