Requires an AA degree with one to two years of related experience in customer service, administrative or clerical work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred. Must possess a valid South Carolina driver?s license.

Under general supervision, this position performs various receptionist/clerical/administrative duties in support of the Police Department. Position requires demonstrated customer service and public contact, administrative background and experiences to include but not limited to a keen sense of detail, basic math and accounting skills, excellent written and oral communications skills, bilingualism, ability to multi-task with accuracy and productivity, preparing various reports and documents, maintaining files and logs, skilled use of Microsoft Office with specific focus on Power Point, Excel and Word and conducting various police related functions and activities.
