Requirements:

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of Management Experience
  • 2-3 years of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of GSX Pinsetters as well as lane machine knowledge of Kegel and Brunswick envoy
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends
  • Travel Required to Summerville & Irmo, SC and Augusta, GA
Job Description:

Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Regional Facility Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center.

As a Regional Facility Manager, you must exhibit excellent guest service while ensuring overall facility maintenance, lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, scoring equipment, and all other related mechanical systems are operating at the highest level of efficiency. The Regional Facility Manager is responsible for the overall technical integrity of their specified centers and all its equipment. Regional Facility Managers are also responsible for administrative operations such as scheduling staff and ensuring compliance with appropriate laws and policies, which includes OSHA safety practices/procedures. 

Responsibilities:

  • This position will manage a specified service territory to ensure standards are met by technicians
  • The RFM role will have 5-10 field service technicians as direct reports
  • Provide professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures
  • Schedule and supervise work of all lane facility personnel, techs, and mechanics across your region
  • Perform facilities and mechanicals checklists at scheduled times and make repairs as needed
  • Interview, select, train, develop and evaluate the facility and mechanical personnel
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair on-site assets – Pinsetters, Bowling Lanes, General Building Maintenance, Electrical, Kitchen
