Sample Department Customer Service

Clinton, SC distribution center seeks team-work minded SAMPLE DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER CARE representative to help coordinate a growing textile based sample department. Responsibilities include keying inbound sample orders, evaluating inventory levels and communication via phone and email with sales team members. Ability to participate in forecasting and planning is essential for the successful candidate. Various weekly reporting in Excel required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Customer service experience in a manufacturing, importing or distribution environment and college education is helpful but not required. We will train an eager candidate looking for long term employment. Must be competent in Excel and Outlook. AS400 or other mainframe experience a plus.
