Requirements:

For all positions, regular virtual meetings with Dr. Matteel and/or team members will be required to ensure alignment with project goals and to provide ongoing support and feedback.

  • Current student and enrolled in a college program.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Interest in personal development, marketing, event management, or administrative support.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, CRM software, and general office software is preferred.

Job Description:

Objective: To maintain a consistent and engaging presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. Regular content flow is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our visibility and engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Create, schedule, and monitor the performance of content across all platforms.

  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and posts.

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

 

  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a functional computer.

  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility in scheduling, accommodating various time zones as needed.

  • Comfortable working in a stationary position for extended periods, as the job primarily involves computer-based tasks.
