Five years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping

Good computer skills, including knowledge of accounting and payroll software systems

Familiarity with fund-based accounting would be a plus
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, performs the duties of a full-charge bookkeeper. The selected candidate should have experience in financial statements, bank reconciliation and general bookkeeping. Job duties include: processing, maintaining and managing accounts payable activities, managing contract and vendor proposals and relationships, and acting as a backup to other administrative activities such as payroll and client funds.
