Requirements:

A bachelor's degree. Experience with college admissions, student services
programs or involvement with student life. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Extended and overnight travel is required. Evening and weekend work is required

Job Description:

Conducts university recruitment and marketing activities by attending college fairs and related
activities designed to promote the University. Counsels prospective students and their families. Coordinates
ongoing communication with prospective students and other constituents. Assists with all visitation events
and works with special populations as assigned.Knowledge of University, techniques of individual and group counseling,
of basic principles and theories of student development and educational administration; ability to work
independently and collaboratively, and to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to
maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, and the general public. Ability
to identify, develop, and implement programs and activities that will benefit the campus community.
Knowledgeable in MS Office, ability to learn the Banner system and any other technical requirements (such
as iPads), strong organizational skills and a positive attitude. Must have the ability to lift materials up to 45
pounds.
