Technical Assistant/Management Trainee

A college or technical degree is beneficial but not a must. Through this program you will learn our operation from the ground-up through extensive loop training at our rebar facilities with a goal of moving up in the managerial ranks. You should have a desire to lead people and manage processes and be willing to learn all that it takes to do so effectively. You should be willing to be a critical part of the team and be able to work effectively both with management and all other team members. You must be willing to relocate after your initial loop training, must be willing to work various hours (including weekends), and have a long term commitment towards your career with CMC. Some computer skills are necessary.
