Requirements:

A high school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have at least 3 years of heavy administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related setting. Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office and technology. Must be familiar with all standard office equipment (phones, fax, copier, scanners). Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and exercise confidentiality. Ability to multitask with attention to details and deadlines. Must be a team player.

Job Description:

Provides administrative support to the Office of Human Resources. Duties include customer service, phones, scanning, appointment scheduling, ordering supplies, record management and assisting with projects as needed.

Up to 25 Hours per Week
