Requirements:

Associate degree; or a high school diploma and two (2) years' helpdesk experience. Must be able to type 40 words per minute accurately. Must be familiar with the latest three versions of Microsoft Windows Enterprise, Microsoft Office Professional versions 2013, Office 365 applications and use, and basic familiarity with remote assistance tools and networking. Familiarity with networked printing operations, and other CRM solutions is a plus. Successful candidate must be prompt, reliable, highly organized, and have excellent customer service skills to include dealing with irate and/or frustrated customers.

Job Description:

Responsible for on-site answering calls to the main Helpdesk phone number, simple troubleshooting over the phone to obtain more information, accurately enter work orders, and assist walk-in customers. The priority of operations for this position will be (first) to answer phone calls, (second) to directly assist or have a technician assist walk-in customers, and (third) to assist end users remotely via remote tools.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Friday ( may work up to 29 hours when needed)
