Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma plus three years’ experience in information technology, electronics technology systems, or other related areas. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field, or associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field is preferred.

Job Description:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:          

Work independently with faculty and staff on the college main campus or travel to any of the 5+ auxiliary sites to evaluate their equipment problems.  Setup, maintain, troubleshoot, support modify all personal computer software, hardware and peripherals including but not limited to telephones, laptops, Tablets, desktop printers, network printers, etc., as well as, provide instruction and consultation.

 

Schedule:
HOURS:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday
(1-hour lunch, Monday - Thursday)
8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Friday
