?Performs the duties of Communications Specialist during one of three daily shifts, consist of routing in-coming calls. Campus questions, offering directions, writing visitation cards, and home visitation agreements, notifying units of visitors, log radio calls, page person as requested. Typing of FOD log.
?Monitors and receives all disaster/ emergency calls. Notifies Fire Department of all fires and maintains log on all fire drills. Alerts Facility Administration, L-FOD, Administrative Officer of the Day, and other Administrative Staff of emergency conditions.
? Functions as communications control for all consumer elopements, notification includes Facility Administration, Lead FOD and other Administrative Staff and law enforcement agencies as directed.
?Responsible for receipting money for consumers from parents/ guardians, receipting money for working consumers' savings accounts deposits and accounting for and distributing employees bi- monthly payroll checks for third shift personnel. Issues a written receipt of incoming monies accepted during assigned shift.
? Issues key to Whitten Center Guest Quarter I and II, Parents Club House, Picnic Shelter, and Pavilion area.
? Receives and records in logbook packages to individuals
