Requirements:

Associate degree in Automotive Technology or closely related field; one year teaching experience and 5 years work experience as an automotive technician required.

Must have computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be ASE certified or willing to seek ASE certification.

Job Description:

Provide classroom instruction for students, academic advising, assist in graduate placement, attend graduation ceremonies, assist with student orientation/registration, revise curricula, develop new courses, design new programs, revise instruction materials, remain current in teaching field, work on college committees and promote institutional objectives.
