Our ideal candidates will have a flair for providing exemplary over-the-phone customer service and support guidance ? meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients day and night. When customers contact our call center for assistance, we are always ready to assist! Training provided. Must be available to attend a two-week training class. Technical support and/or customer service experience strongly desired.

Job Description:

Under general supervision, in a 24/7 in-bound call center environment, Call Center/Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Schedule:
Total hours of working availability must include a minimum of twelve (12) hours of availability on Saturday or Sunday of each week (excluding the hours between 12am to 7am).
