Requirements:

Understanding, learning, and gaining skills to use simple hand tools, read simple blueprints and schematics on several different components of the assembly process, strong willingness to learn electrical processes. Classroom trainings are typically required and must be logged timely and accurately. External course work may be requested to continue progression. Typically work on a team on a production line under direct supervision of experienced electrical associate. Demonstrated ability to learn. Preferred experience - residential wiring experience, ability to read schematics, manufacturing experience,

 

 

Job Description:

 Electrical trainee who learns under more senior electrical employee to gain skills and achieve certifications. 24-month apprenticeship program. Assist with electrical wiring process including cutting/stripping/terminating/labeling wires, creating somewhat repetitive harnesses, running cables and wire ties to creating wire management. Flexible to move from area to area to assist with electrical and assembly processes.
