Wages/Salary: The state salary range is from $25,267.00 to $28,000.00, annually.


You will need a Bachelor's degree; or an Associate degree and two (2) years experience; or high school diploma and four (4) years.Working knowledge of state of South Carolina benefits programs; experience with Banner System.

Job Description:

You will manage flow of employment applications, schedules interviews, maintains electronic applicant flow log for reporting, places ads in publications and on websltes; assist with new hire orientation and processing of new hire paperwork, places new employees in E-Verify; collect data from various systems to assist in the preparation of various reports; perform administrative duties including, but not limited to scanning, generating letters, answering telephones, assisting visitors and general walk-up traffic, and maintaining records and files; serves as back up to the leave administrator; serves as back up to the payroll administrator. Must have a working knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management. You must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; must
have ability to make and communicate decisions and ideas effectively; must have ability to analyze data and present ideas effectively; must have a working knowledge of applicable computer software and standard office machines.
